We don’t have to tell you that in the highly regulated senior care industry it is challenging to keep up-to-date with the rapidly changing regulations, documents and forms. At LifeSpan, we believe that, although it is a critical part of running your organization, you have much more important things to take care of than maintaining a library of state-issued documents.
For this reason, we created our Regulation Retention Services. Now, we can provide you with a computer-readable CD that contains Maryland regulations, transmittals, forms and all of the other documents that affect you, as a senior care provider.
But most importantly, we will assume the responsibility of keeping your library up-to-date and keep you in the loop. With our Regulation Retention Services, you won’t miss a beat because it is our responsibility to:
- E-mail you any new state-issued documents as soon as they become available so you can email them to the appropriate staff within your organization
- Provide you with an update CD at least two times a year with all of the updates and a summary of what has changed during the year
And simplifying the process of regulation compliance is very affordable. Our members can take advantage of discounted pricing, but the software is also available to non-members.
