About the Beacon Institute
The Beacon Institute is the educational affiliate of the LifeSpan Network. Our goal is to improve the quality of life and quality of care for seniors by offering educational seminars, webinars, teleconferences, conferences and e-learning options for senior service providers.
The Beacon Institute offers intensive education through its Wellspring Program, designed for facilities committed to implementing a comprehensive culture-change process. Wellspring also offers educational programs and consultation to facilities that wish to participate without fully implementing the Wellspring model.
